Details:  Students will explore the journey of food and fibre production with an agriculture education specialist. Through hands-on learning, students will view and handle samples of grain and wool, investigating their properties and uses. They will learn about the history of sheep farming, selective breeding, and genetics used to produce fine Merino wool. Students will also discover how wheat is grown, harvested, and processed into flour, gaining an understanding of the important role agriculture plays in everyday life.
